His extensive expertise and certification in electrical, commercial, and residential projects, along with an OSHA 40 certification, distinguish him in his field. He is currently obtaining his HVAC certification and has recognized plumbing skills. His primary focus is ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality professional services. Working with his son has been a blessing, as he admires his profession and encourages him to keep pushing forward.

Marco Luciano has been a part of the company since its inception. Through his experience working with his father, he has learned the value of careful decision-making and patience in construction. He holds OSHA and electrical training certifications and is pursuing additional certifications. Marco envisions expanding MDM’s team, growing their fleet, and establishing a dedicated warehouse and office space. He actively works on expanding their client base by leveraging marketing efforts, networking, and online platforms. His role includes overseeing project management, documentation, and company billing.
